No Open Training Hours on July 1

CSIO Strength and Conditioning

There will be no Opening Training Hours at CSIO on Friday July 1, 2016 as the CSIO office is closed for Canada Day.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The Open Training Hours for Sport Canada carded athletes will resume as normal on Saturday July 2, 2016.

CSIO Open Training Hours are:

MONDAY TO FRIDAY:
6:00am – 8:00am – By Appointment Only
7:30am – 2:00pm – Open Hours
2:00pm – 7:00pm – By Appointment Only

SATURDAY:
7:00am – 10:00am – By Appointment Only
10:00am – 2:00pm – Open Hours
2:00pm – 7:00pm – By Appointment Only

SUNDAY: By Appointment Only
