Hello Everyone,

Team Canada has arrived in Puerto La Cruz, Venezuela for the 2013 Continental Championships.

The championships begin today Thursday, May 16th at 7pm. This event will run until May 19th.

These Championships are expecting 14 countries to take part in the competition at the 10 weight classes. Canada has entered a team of 9 boxers and 2 coaches.

The initial weigh in took place this morning followed by the Draw in the early afternoon.

I will be fighting tonight at 5pm against Mildred Cruz of Dominican Republic.

Also fighting tonight will be Kim Klavel vs. Columbia.
