Cooking Workshop: Competition Nutrition

Time: 12:00-1:30pm

This cooking workshop will focus on competition nutrition. Specifically, looking at recipes that can help athletes fuel before, during and after competition.  During this interactive workshop, participants will learn:

  • Recipes that cater to nutritional needs before, during and after competition.
  • Outlining principles that help with fueling before/during competition, and recovery after competition
  • Basic cookery and knife skills
  • How to utilize simple cooking equipment

All workshops will include vegetarian options. Athletes will also receive recipe handouts to make the recipes at home.
