Team Canada Wins 3 Medals on Final Day of TORONTO 2015 Pan Am Games and Marches into the Closing Ceremony

On day 16, Team Canada brought home 3 medals in competition at the TORONTO 2015 Pan American Games.

12:59 p.m. EST: BRONZE - Volleyball Men
(with Dan Lewis - Oakville; TJ Snaders - London; and Adam Simac - Ottawa)

1:24 p.m. EST: GOLD - Softball Women
(with Jenna Caira - Toronto; Victoria Hayward - Toronto; Erika Polidori - Brantford; Kaleigh Rafter - Gueplh; Megan Timpf - Port Dover; and Natalie Wideman - Mississauga)

2:46 p.m. EST: SILVER - Baseball Women
(with Jenna Flannigan - Cornwall; Jennifer Gilroy - Mississauga; Autumn Mills - Burlington; Kate Psota - Burlington; and Ashley Stephenson - Mississauga)

In the evening, the Canadian Pan American Team marched into the Closing Ceremony.
