TSN and Powerade are teaming up to showcase 24 of Canada’s future stars today.

This week, the spotlight is on triathlete Joanna Brown.

The 20-year-old, who was born in Ottawa and lives in Carp, Ontario, made her entrance onto the world stage in 2010 when she won the bronze medal at the World Junior Championships.

She then added a bronze medal at the Uner-23 World Championships in 2012.

Brown has her eyes set on becoming a full-time member on the World Cup and World Championship Series circuits and winning a gold medal for Canada at the Olympics.
