Biography: 

While completing his undergraduate degree at McMaster University, Jordan began his career as a strength and conditioning coach for the Women’s Volleyball team. He later worked with Men’s Rugby and Men’s Soccer before pursuing his Masters degree in Calgary. He then studied in the M.Kin program of applied exercise physiology, learning directly from staff of the Canadian Sport Institute Calgary. This program would provide opportunities to work with national team athletes and learn from their various coaches and staff.

Before joining the CSIO team, Jordan served as the Manager of High Performance Services for PacificSport Northern BC, in Prince George, BC. Working predominantly with development and junior aged athletes, the Ignite Athlete Development and Canadian Sport School programs that ran in partnership with CSI Pacific produced great success at the 2015 Canada Winter Games, hosted in Prince George. Jordan has now returned to Ontario in his current role as Sport Scientist, supporting Rowing Canada.
