This cooking workshop is focused on getting athletes in to the kitchen to make wholesome, delicious meals from scratch while being away from home and traveling for competition/training.
During this interactive workshop, participants will learn:
- Easy, portable meals and snacks to make when away
- Principles for building balanced meals and snacks and utilizing the same ingredients for different recipes
- Basic cookery and knife skills
- How to utilize simple cooking equipment
All workshops will include vegetarian options. Athletes will also receive recipe handouts to make the recipes at home.
