This cooking workshop will focus on competition nutrition. Specifically, looking at recipes that can help athletes fuel before, during and after competition. During this interactive workshop, participants will learn:
- Recipes that cater to nutritional needs before, during and after competition.
- Outlining principles that help with fueling before/during competition, and recovery after competition
- Basic cookery and knife skills
- How to utilize simple cooking equipment
All workshops will include vegetarian options. Athletes will receive recipe handouts to make the recipes at home.
