Christine is a Registered Dietitian, Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics) and Advanced Sports Dietitian (Sports Dietitians Australia) with over 8 years of experience working with Olympic, Paralympic, and professional athletes in Australia and Canada. Christine currently delivers performance-focused nutrition support in the daily training environment for Cycling Canada’s track programs in Milton, ON and Rowing Canada’s women’s programs in London, ON. She has held previous positions as a sports dietitian at the Australian Institute of Sport and as a performance nutrition consultant with Australian Rugby Union and Brumbies Rugby. She has coordinated and implemented best-practice performance nutrition services for Olympic teams and athletes, including a support role at the 2012 Olympic Games in London. 

Christine has a Master of Sports Nutrition (by Research) and has published research in international peer-reviewed scientific journals. She has presented to scientific and coaching audiences around the world and is a contributing author of several books on nutrition for athletes.
