Biography: 

Christine is a Registered Dietitian and Advanced Sports Dietitian (Sports Dietitians Australia) with over 8 years of experience working with Olympic, Paralympic, and professional athletes in Australia and Canada. Christine was previously a Sports Dietitian at the Australian Institute of Sport and has held positions as a performance nutrition consultant with Australian Rugby Union, Brumbies Rugby, New South Wales Waratahs Rugby and New South Wales Rugby League. Additionally, she has coordinated and implemented best-practice performance nutrition services for Olympic teams and athletes, including a support role at the 2012 Olympic Games in London.

Christine has a Master of Sports Nutrition (by Research) and has published research in international peer-reviewed scientific journals. She has presented to scientific and coaching audiences around the world and is a contributing author of several books on nutrition for athletes.
